Al Tareq Star Launches Norah Residence in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle

Al Tareq Star, a real estate developer based in Saudi Arabia, has announced its expansion into the United Arab Emirates with the launch of its first residential project in Dubai, Norah Residence. The development, located in Jumeirah Village Circle, is a smart and contemporary residential building. The launch event was attended by investors, industry stakeholders, and members of the media, where the project’s vision, design, and features were showcased.

Norah Residence is situated in Jumeirah Village Circle, an area noted for high rental returns and growing end-user demand. The location offers access to major highways including Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Hessa Street. The neighborhood features a mix of restaurants, cafés, retail centers, wellness and fitness facilities, and is home to hospitality destinations such as FIVE JVC.

Developed in collaboration with NAGA Architects , Norah Residence includes 183 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom duplex apartments. The development integrates smart home technologies with interior designs. Residents will have access to amenities such as a cinema lounge, café, gym, yoga hall, and a children’s play area. Units offer views of the pool, Halfa Park, and the skyline including the FIVE JVC hotel.

Unit prices for Norah Residence start at AED 650,000, with a 40/60 payment plan available. The project is scheduled for handover by the end of Q2 2027.
